The challenge
The Planning & Transformation Agency gathers its staff once a year. The forum needed to reflect the agency's standing and give its people a day worth the time away from their work.
What we delivered
Elite X handled the venue, the plan and the floor, and built the day around the attendee: hospitality, entertainment and an experience that ran without friction.
- Venue selection, event planning and on-site management
- Attendee experience, hospitality and entertainment
- Detailed execution to the Ministry's standards
The result
A forum aligned with the Ministry's standards that fostered collaboration among agency staff.
